T.N.T. has a simple goal: Your Survival!

If you're a martial artist, neck and trap strength is all that stands between you and a knock-down when your opponent lands a good one on the side of your head. If you're a wrestler or judo player, it's your best insurance against spinal injury during bridging techniques and throws. And if you're a bodybuilder, neck and trap size can make the difference between a winning physique and losing physique, determining your survival in the arena of bodybuilding contest.

Based on the latest research in biomechanics, integrated with the practical experiences of serious bodybuilders, martial artists, and other athletes, T.N.T. will increase your neck and trap strength/size in under 7 minutes a workout, three times a week.

The program's effectiveness is a result of optimization at every level: exercise selection, performance, sequence, and timing. In fact, the details of performance and the specific way the exercises are combined are every bit as important as the exercises themselves.
